Package Testing for Quality Control from TM Electronics

TM Electronics offers a variety of test equipment:
  • Package Testers
  • Package Leak Testers
  • Leak Detectors
  • Creep Testers
  • Creep to Failure Testers
  • Burst Testers

When your Quality Control department mandates testing of your product or package, whether it be flexible food packaging or food vacuum packaging, package testing for medical devices, medical device testing or testing pharmaceutical packaging, cosmetic package testing, tube seal burst testing, or validation of your packaging process or package testing methods, TME can provide the equipment you need. The BT-1000 Automated Package Integrity Tester can provide package integrity and seal strength testing. This automated test equipment is a combination leak detector and package tester and is ideal for seal strength, creep rupture testing and leak detection for non-porous flexible packages and other packaging. This non-porous package tester is also ideal for seal strength testing of porous packaging and for blister pack testing (leak testing of blister packs, card and blister packaging). This automated test equipment is ideal for validation of your packaging process and your package testing methods as per ISO-11607.

Leak Testing for Quality Control

TM Electronics' leak detectors, leak testers, mass flow leak testers and vacuum leak detectors are leak detection equipment useful for the leak testing of products and packages from a variety of industries, including the leak testing of medical devices, induction seal testing, container leak testing and component leak testing. The TME Solution Leak Tester uses air pressure decay testing and vacuum decay testing as its leak detection method and a mass flow sensor for air flow testing. Pressure decay measurement allows accurate quantification of leak rates. Flow measurement and occlusion testing can also be done with the TME Worker leak testing equipment. TME also has the TME Industrial Solution leak and flow tester available with NEMA-4 safety features.

All of these test instruments produce quantitative lea, flow and package test results that are stored in a datalog for statistical analysis for process and quality control. If you are using fluorescent dye leak detection, mass spectrometry leak detection, or bubble leak testing, call TME for information on their leak testing systems.

For quality control of everything from your packaging process to leak detection in medical devices, seal strength testing of flexible food packaging seals, cosmetic package testing, vacuum leak detectors for leak testing, and non-destructive closed product or package testing, TME has your:

  • Leak Tester
  • Flow Tester
  • Occlusion Tester
  • Package Tester - Burst tester, Creep tester, Creep-to-Failure Tester, Package Leak Tester.
