If you have a question about your test system's performance or are having difficulties with your system, it is important to contact your Applications Specialist or a Customer Service Representative first.
We can be contacted by telephone at 508-869-6400 (be sure to have your instrument/system model and serial number) or receive a prompt callback by completing the Service Request Form. Very often, we can "walk" you through a process, or help you to solve a problem over the telephone.
If after consulting us the problem continues to exist, a service representative will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). After your instrument or system has been received and evaluated, you will be contacted with the diagnosis and a quotation on the cost of repairs, if needed.
