Products - Multi-Port Leak/Flow Tester

The TME Industrial Solution™ enables leak and flow testing in environments where an ordinary test instrument would be subjected to possible damage. The instrument’s electronics and pneumatics are contained in one steel enclosure, and the touch-screen display is protected by a clear window. The instrument is available with one to four ports for concurrent leak and flow testing. The TME Industrial Solution™ provides all the reliability, sensitivity and ruggedness of the TME Solution™ Leak and Flow Tester with protection from your wet or dusty industrial environment, and can be made to meet NEMA specifications.

• Case, External Switches and Indicators are safe for wet or dusty industrial environments, and can be made to meet NEMA specifications.
• PLC Controls drive the programs and functions - no need to open the case. A variety of units of measure are accessible through the menu including PSI, In H2O, kPa, and mbar.
• Highly repeatable, quantitative results from clean, dry tests; high instrument resolution of 0.0001psi (0.01 mbar)/second enables the most sensitive test results.
• The touch screen menu system allows easy input and storage of up to 100 linkable programs, with data storage for up to 5000 test results. Real time statistical analysis and quality control charts are accessible on demand for the highest level of process control.
• Custom designed fixtures are available for mechanical and/or electronic interface needs to assist in integrating the TME Industrial Solution™ into your automated assembly operation
• Two way RS232 computer connection is standard for data collection and remote parameter control; Ethernet connectivity is available to allow data to be transmitted from the instrument to a LAN.
• The TME Industrial Solution provides CFR Part 11 Data Protection, and conforms to ASTM guidelines. Calibration is NIST traceable.
