BT-1000 Package Test Instrument

Use with the TME BT-1000 Automated Package Tester to test completely sealed flexible material packages. The assembly includes the Closed Package Test Probe and Stand, Package-Ports© and Adhesive Disks.

By using the patented Package-Ports© system of a port and adhesive disk along with the penetrating test probe, a leak-tight path is created to connect the package internal volume directly to the test instrument. The variable height clamp stand can be used to penetrate packages with the probe down or up to accommodate most package sizes.

The BT-1000 and TS-02 Closed Package Test Fixture Assembly meet the guidelines of ASTMĀ  test standards.
