TM Electronics Enhances Calibration and Repair Efficiency

Boylston, MA: TM Electronics has recently reorganized its calibration and repair department by increasing personnel, upgrading training and instituting refresher programs. This has streamlined the process beginning from scheduling of customer service, through the maintenance/repair process, and finally to prompt return of the instrument with proper documentation. The goal of the changes is to provide consistent, timely, and personalized customer care to instrument owners needing rapid turn-around in calibrations and repairs of their leak, flow and package test equipment.

Another benefit of the reorganization is a decrease in the time between placing an order for an instrument or test system and delivery of that system. Although custom designed systems do take additional time for engineering, delivery time for standard instruments and fixtures has been significantly decreased.

TM Electronics has always prided itself on its close, responsive relationships with customers. The recent reorganization is another step toward the goal of providing dependable, personalized customer care.
