TME Offers Free Telephone Engineering Consultation

TME is offering a free telephone consultation with the technical specialists and/or design engineers at TM Electronics to discuss possible approaches to your challenging leak testing application.

The tremendous flexibility in the design of both hardware and software elements of the TME test instruments and custom-engineered fixtures have enabled TME to provide test systems that meet a wide variety of complex testing situations, including:

- Two-directional proof, pressure decay and crack testing of valve assemblies;
- Sequential, non-destructive leak and flow testing of multiple-cavity medical devices;
- Systems to test sub-assemblies separately and then again after final assembly;
- Four-up, concurrent leak testing of solenoids;
- Non-destructive vacuum decay testing of induction welded bottle seals (ASTM F-2338);
- Semi-automated pressure decay leak testing of welded castings with multiple outlets requiring sealing;
- And a variety of other complex tasks.

If you have a new product or package and want to discuss your testing goals with our engineers, call TME at 800-370-0501 and ask for an engineering consultation.
