The TME INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONTM
Multi-Port Leak and Flow Tester for Environmentally
Hazardous Areas
Boylston, MA: TM Electronics, Inc. will introduce
its newest product, the TME INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONLeak
and Flow Tester in a NEMA 4 enclosure, at the
Assembly Technology Expo show in September, 2003.
The
TME Industrial SOLUTION enables leak and flow
testing in environments where an ordinary test
instrument would be subjected to possible damage.
The instrument is available with up to four ports
for concurrent leak and flow testing. Programmable
for up to 100 different test designs, the Industrial
SOLUTION provides a built-in touch-screen display.
The datalog holds 5000 test results in storage
and provides SPC functions including mean, standard
deviation and control charts for process control.
Graphically, the Industrial SOLUTION displays
the time versus pressure decay plot of the result
for each individual test.
The
instrument's electronics and pneumatics are contained
in one steel enclosure, and the touch-screen display
is protected by a mylar covering that meets NEMA
4 specifications. External switches and indicators
are also NEMA 4. The exhaust from the solenoid
valves and the regulator is vented externally
to protect the electronics from oil or dirty air
contamination.
The
new TME INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONprovides all the reliability,
sensitivity and ruggedness of the TME Solution
Leak and Flow Tester with the added protection
of the NEMA 4 enclosure. See the new instrument
