Intrinsically Safe Gas Leak Detector Now Available

Boylston, MA - The new intrinsically safe GAS CHECK 3000IS identifies the source of gas leaks quickly and easily without any danger, even when working in an environment that may contain explosive or flammable gases. The GAS CHECK 3000 Series Leak Detectors are the only gas leak detectors that return quantitative measurements in your choice of measurement units so you can work to specified quality or emission standards. Hand held and cordless, the GAS CHECK 3000 is simply traced around suspect flanges, valves, and joints, and leaks are pin-pointed with an audible alarm and a direct leak rate reading. The long probe allows easy access to difficult to reach areas. Based on a principle of thermal conductivity, the GAS CHECK detects all gases other than air, but it is particularly sensitive to Helium and Hydrogen based gases. The sensor is not a consumable item and calibration is traceable to NAMAS standards.
The GAS CHECK 3000IS Intrinsically Safe Gas Leak Detector is BASEEF-approved and meets Factory Mutual specifications. For more information on the GAS CHECK 3000IS and the rest of the GAS CHECK 3000 Series Leak Detectors, contact TM Electronics or visit www.tmelectronics.com.
