Engineering

Our Engineering Department specializes in solving leak, flow and package testing problems. Having designed unique systems for applications in the fields of medical, pharmaceutical, appliance, automotive and food industries, we understand the customer's vocabulary and can approach your project confident that we are "on the same page" with the customer's needs. The Engineering Department, working together with the TME's Applications Specialist, provides systems that include custom software programming, instrument modifications as needed, and fixturing to accommodate a wide variety of products, packages and test requirements.

TM Electronics custom fixtures range from a small benchtop non-destructive test system for sealed containers of applesauce to fixtures large enough to test six foot long light curtains, to a fixture enabling occlusion (flow) testing of seven-lumen medical catheters.
